We are pleased to offer three spending account plans that can be used for eligible health care expenses, dependent care expenses as well as commuter benefits.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Virgin Voyages is pleased to offer a Health Savings Account (HSA), through HSA Bank when you participate in Cigna’s Choice Fund OAP HSA. An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account owned by you and can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses that you may incur now or later for you and your dependent(s).
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
These accounts allow crew members and their families to use pre-tax monies to cover deductibles, copays and other non-covered eligible expenses. Crew members can elect to have up to $3,200 deducted annually for the Healthcare FSA or the Limited Purpose Healthcare FSA and up to $5,000 for the Dependent Care FSA.
Commuter Benefits
Whether you take the train, bus, subway or ferries to work, or you need to pay for parking at/or near your regular place of employment, the Commuter Benefits Program administered by Wex, Inc. helps with the expenses associated with public transportation and parking.
